Rui Diving Centre — Scuba Gear Rental Policy

1. Rental Requirements:

• A valid certification card (or proof of training) must be presented for all scuba equipment rentals.

• A government-issued photo ID and credit card are required as security deposit.

2. Rental Period:

• All gear rentals are charged per 24-hour period unless otherwise specified.

• Late returns will incur additional daily rental fees.

3. Care & Responsibility:

• Renters are fully responsible for all equipment during the rental period.

• Equipment must be returned rinsed and in the same condition as rented.

• Loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged at repair or replacement cost.

4. Fit & Function:

• Please try on and test all rental gear before leaving the shop.

• Rui Diving Centre is not responsible for improper fit or adjustments done outside our facility.

5. Cancellations:

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the rental start time for a full refund.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full rental fee.

6. Safety:

• Rented tanks must be used in accordance with safe diving practices and current certification level.

• Air and Nitrox fills must meet the diver’s certification requirements.

7. Additional Terms:

• All rental equipment remains the property of Rui Diving Centre.

• Use of rental equipment is at the renter’s own risk.
