Shipping policy

About Our Shipping

We ship across Canada from our Canadian warehouse using your selected shipping service, including Canada Post and United Parcel Service (UPS).

For qualifying orders, depending on the order value, products, and shipping destination, a Save Shipping option may be available. When Save Shipping is selected, Rui Diving Centre will choose the carrier and service level for your order.

You may also choose Store Pickup at our retail location in Toronto at no additional shipping cost.

In-Stock & Special-Order Items

We do our best to keep a wide selection of diving equipment and accessories in stock for your dives, training, and upcoming trips.

In-stock items are normally shipped the same day or the next business day from our Toronto warehouse.

If you need a special-order item, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and estimated lead time. Shipping and delivery dates for special-order items depend on the manufacturer's or supplier's availability and shipping schedule and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Please plan ahead when ordering special-order items for a specific dive, course, or trip.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

Where applicable, the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, import fees, and any other charges associated with the shipment or importation of an order, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges unless specifically stated at checkout and may be collected separately by the carrier, customs authority, government agency, or other service provider.

Any additional costs resulting from customs clearance, import processing, brokerage, duties, sales taxes, or other applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If any such charges are billed to or paid by Rui Diving Centre on the customer's behalf, the customer will be responsible for reimbursing Rui Diving Centre for those amounts, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refusal to pay applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees does not relieve the customer of responsibility for these costs. If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned to us because these charges were not paid, any applicable return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other related expenses may be deducted from any refund, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
