Learn to Prevent Problems, Manage Emergencies & Help Other Divers

Are you ready to take your scuba diving skills to the next level and become a more confident, responsible, and safety-conscious diver?

The PADI Rescue Diver Course at Rui Diving Centre (RDC) is one of the most rewarding and valuable courses in recreational scuba diving education.

Unlike beginner and advanced diving courses that primarily focus on developing your own diving skills, the Rescue Diver Course teaches you to expand your awareness beyond yourself, recognize potential problems, prevent diving accidents, and respond effectively when another diver needs assistance.

Through realistic rescue exercises, emergency management workshops, and practical open water scenarios, you'll develop the confidence and problem-solving abilities needed to handle challenging diving situations.

At Rui Diving Centre, we emphasize prevention, situational awareness, effective communication, and practical rescue techniques.

Train in Toronto, with opportunities to complete qualifying open water rescue training in Ontario or selected tropical destinations such as the Dominican Republic and Mexico.

Why Choose Rui Diving Centre?

  • Professional PADI Instruction – Learn from experienced scuba diving professionals.

  • English & Mandarin Instruction – Courses available in both English and Chinese.

  • Year-Round Knowledge Development – Begin your rescue training and theory preparation throughout the year.

  • Flexible Scheduling – Classroom, pool, and open water sessions arranged according to availability.

  • Realistic Rescue Scenarios – Develop practical emergency response and problem-solving skills.
