Scuba Equipment Rental Policy

We are committed to providing safe, well-maintained, and reliable scuba equipment for your diving needs. Please review our rental policy before reserving or using our gear.

Eligibility

  • Certification Requirement: All renters must present valid certification from a recognized agency (e.g., PADI, NAUI, SSI).

  • Experience Requirement: Cold-water or technical gear rentals (e.g., drysuits, twin tanks) may require proof of relevant experience or training.

Rental Period & Returns

  • Daily Rentals: Gear is rented on a 24-hour basis unless otherwise arranged.

  • Late Returns: Late equipment returns will incur additional charges.

  • Early Returns: No refund for unused rental time unless pre-approved.

Gear Condition & Responsibility

  • Inspection: All gear is inspected before and after each rental.

  • Damage or Loss: Renters are financially responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items at replacement cost.

  • Cleaning Fee: Additional charges may apply for excessively dirty or improperly cared-for equipment.

Fitting & Adjustments

  • Sizing: We assist with proper gear fitting at pickup.

  • Drysuit Rentals: Require proof of drysuit certification or a supervised orientation dive.

Air Fills

  • Tanks: Rented tanks include one air fill. Additional fills are charged separately.

  • Oxygen/Nitrox: Available only to certified divers with appropriate credentials.

Liability & Waivers

  • Waiver Requirement: All renters must complete a liability waiver before receiving gear.

  • Use at Own Risk: Equipment must be used responsibly and only for recreational scuba diving.

Booking & Payment

  • Reservations: Recommended for weekends and holidays; a deposit may be required.

  • Payment: Full payment is due at pickup. Valid government-issued ID required.
